Dear Mr. Kitakis,

After years of thinking I had good so-called name brand ukuleles in my possession, I finally ordered my first custom built ukulele from your company.

Upon receiving it and now using it for about two weeks, it is the finest crafted ukulele I have ever seen, owned and played. It was crafted to my exact specifications using the materials that I wanted.

The richness of its tonal qualities is unbelievable for such a young ukulele, knowing especially that it will get better with playing and age. This instrument, by far, surpasses any ukulele I own presently in tone, quality, craftsmanship, and playing ability.

Congratulations to you and your craftsmen, and congratulations to me for being lucky enough to own one of your excellently crafted instruments.
