What does Makua Rothman do when he's not competing in surfing championships, including having surfed the largest wave in recordable history (66 ft)? He plays ukulele, and he plays it good. So, in between surfing meets Makua now tours around the world playing music, including the "Surfing for Peace" concert in Isreal with Kelley Slater. Makua plays
a custom made Ko'olau Model 500 Tenor, and a Pono Ebony tenor.
