Home Recordings

This section of our site is patterned after a website by John Baxter called “UkeFarm” which has songs recorded with many different instrument brands.

Of course our recordings are limited to songs recorded by our customers using either a Ko’olau or Pono guitar or `ukulele.

All recordings are non-commercial, in other words, just for fun. Submissions are by non-professional recording artists, at the time of addition to this site. Some are now "in the business" so you never know who will be listening (and maybe eventually you can quit that day job and join all of the other struggling professional musicians).

Below is a list of our current recordings, just click and enjoy some surprisingly beautiful music by humble, non-professional (though for some it’s hard to believe) musicians who always say they were just “messin’ around and really haven’t been playing for very long.” We use the term "non-professional" to simply denote "not professionally recording" so if you are a gigging musician, still holding down the day job, by all means, send us your song.

If you are interested in adding your song, or songs to the list, just email the recording along with your name and the instrument you were using. Please send to: john@koolauukulele.com.
